Ordering is quick and easy.
Before you start, here's the information we'll
need:
Your business phone number and postcode, so we
can test the line for broadband availability.
Your Company name , Your contact
details and the contact details of the person in your company responsible
for paying bills.
Placing your order: Please
provide us with your details listed above via our order now form.
Once we have your details we will process your business broadband
order. Once your order is placed a member of our team will contact
you at a suitable time to provide your activation date and username
and password for your new service.
Activation:
Your phone line will be converted to Broadband five working days
after you place your Business Broadband order. We will tell you
this date as part of the order process or you can choose any date
after this.
Equipment:
Your choosen broadband equipment will be dispatched
within 2 working days, via despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery
with a tracking number.
Billing:
Your business broadband bill will be sent to your business address
quarterly. so their is no need to give us your credit/debit card
details.
